Damian began performing before he was old enough to walk. Back when he was just a wee boy, one might have seen him toddling around the yard with a mustache glued to his upper lip, a derby on his head, and a bamboo cane in his hand. As he became an adult he continued to be a man of many faces, exploring traditional theater alongside his deep love for impersonation.

On one crisp October night long ago, Damian began a whirlwind romance with the burlesque stage. Eventually his alter-ego, Artemus Vulgaris, began to emerge. His gentlemanly poise, and onstage savoir-faire is frequently punctuated by breath taking falls and confounding illusions. He is truly a jack-of-all-trades visual comedian who blurs the line between vaudeville, burlesque, and avant-garde theater.

Damian and Annie love to pack up their caravan and take their show on the road. They have entertained across the heart of this land with a unique blend of song, dance, comedy, and sass. When at home, Damian earns his keep as a freelance illustrator and designer, and spends his time with Annie pickling their internal workings with bourbon, and turning their old house into a shrine to carnivals.

Damian's goal in life is to continue performing, and to collaborate with like-minded entertainers, until he is too old and crusty to work... Maybe even after that.
